Ester Dean, an emerging female artist in the hip-hop world, has recently released the track “Drop It Low.” Little is known about this artist aside from her recent signing with Interscope Records. This track beautifully showcases both Ester Dean’s and Chris Brown’s singing voice and will be surely stuck in your head all day. With regards to Chris Brown: at the end of the day when you look past his recent incident with Rihanna, the guy can sing. With use of the E phrygian dominant scale and superimposed E major scales over the E phrygian dominant beat, this song is sure to be a huge song in 2009.
